Ash Ledger is provided by Alexander Joseph. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Ash Ledger Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Payments for Ash Ledger are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. From your order page, choose the option to request a refund or contact support.
  3. Alternatively, you can reach out to us through the in-app support channel and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (Pricing → Manage billing). After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period; no further charges will be made.

After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days, refunds are handled at Paddle's discretion in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance (e.g. a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service), please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
